## Key facts

- Who: adults, 18 and up. All levels welcome; no experience needed.
- When: Tuesday 6:30–8:30 PM and Saturday 2:00–4:00 PM group classes. Saturday is
  usually best for first visits. Occasional Sunday open training is by announcement only.
- Where: co-located with Project Commotion, 2095 Harrison Street (at 17th & Harrison),
  San Francisco, CA 94110. A ten-minute walk from 16th Street Mission BART; free street parking.
- Cost: $80 per month, no contracts. First class is free.
- Styles: Okinawan Shobayashi Shorin-Ryu (lineage of Eizo Shimabukuro O'Sensei) and Okinawan
  Shudokan (lineage of Walter Todd Sensei).
- What we practice: traditional basics, two-person and self-defense techniques, kata and bunkai,
  sparring (kumite), and kobudo weapons (bo, sai, kama, tonfa, nunchaku, eiku) at brown and black
  belt levels.
