At San Francisco Shotokan Karate Club we focus on fundamentals and traditional Japanese karate techniques. We train hard but we also train smart when learning traditional martial art. There are three formats of this ISKF shotokan karate training:

• Shotokan karate Kihon or stances, blocks...
• Shotokan karate Kata or arrange forms...
• Shotokan karate Kumite (sparring partner)...
